I’ve had the opportunity to travel to Las Vegas twice, where I covered the Open Wheel Showdown. Being around the fast-paced racing atmosphere and capturing all the action was an incredible experience. Both trips helped me grow my photography skills while creating memories at one of the most exciting racing events I’ve attended.

I am incredibly grateful to Melanie Dhillon, Chuck Gilbert, Sande Dhillon, Dale Dhillon, and
Cam Smith for their invaluable support on my motorsports photography journey. At just 17
years old, their guidance has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of building
Gilbert's Photography. Chuck's assistance with travel logistics has enabled me to capture
key moments at various events, while Sande's expertise in email communications has
helped me establish important connections. Dale and Melanie's encouragement has
consistently fueled my passion and belief in my abilities. Cam's dedicated help with my
website has ensured a professional online presence that showcases my work effectively.
Each of them has played a crucial role in shaping my path, and I am deeply thankful for
their ongoing support.At just 17 years old, I am proud to call myself a photographer based
in Victoria, B.C., Canada, specializing in motorsports photography for the past three years.
My journey has taken me to thrilling events such as the Open Wheel Showdown in Las
Vegas and Elma, Washington, with upcoming plans to return to Open Wheel Showdown
in Las Vegas and attend the Open Wheel Showdown in Los Angeles. Under the banner of
Gilbert's Photography, I strive to capture the intensity and beauty of motorsports, translating my passion for both photography and the dynamic world of racing into compelling visual narratives. Beyond photography, I am also a co-owner of 21XII Racing, deeply involved in the operational aspects of our team. When not behind the camera or managing team affairs, I take on the role of quarterback for my high school football team, balancing my love for sports both on and off the field. This dual passion for motorsports and photography fuels my ambition to excel in both arenas, shaping my identity and driving me forward in pursuit of my dreams.
